MediStay Lettings – Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings & Cancellations

- Please ensure you are fully committed before booking your accommodation, as MediStay Lettings operates a strict cancellation policy.

- Cancellations are only permitted if notice is provided a minimum of 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the accommodation start date.

- A 15% administrative fee will be deducted from the total amount paid on all approved cancellations.

- Refunds will be processed only upon confirmation from the MediStay Lettings administration team and typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account. In some cases, it may take longer depending on your bank and country.

- No cancellations or transfers are permitted for bookings made within 14 days of the start of the accommodation period.

- A minimum rental payment is required to confirm and reserve your accommodation:

• 50% when you book;
• 50% on the first day;
• 10% fine for everyday that the remaining payment is delayed.

2. Accommodation Conduct & Misuse Policy

Misuse or Misconduct

- Any misuse of the property, inappropriate behaviour, or abuse of resources will result in immediate termination of your stay.

- Misconduct towards staff or violation of house rules may result in legal action and forfeiture of your deposit.

Issue Reporting

- All issues or concerns must be reported on the day of check-in.

- Complaints submitted after this period will not be entertained, and no refunds will be issued.

- Maintenance concerns will be addressed promptly during working hours, once reported to the relevant team.

- Each matter will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

3. Security Deposit

- A £100 security deposit is payable upon arrival.

- The deposit will be refunded upon vacating the accommodation, provided no damage has occurred, and all house rules have been followed.

- Partial or full deductions will be made for:

• Damage to the property
• Uncleanliness
• Breach of house rules

4. Smoking, Alcohol, and Substance Policy

- Smoking, including e-cigarettes, and the consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited within all MediStay Lettings properties.

- Violation will result in eviction from the accommodation, and your security deposit will not be refunded.

5. Terms of Website Use

This website is owned and operated by MediStay Lettings, trading as MediStay Lettings, with a registered at 50-52 Reads Avenue, Blackpool FY1 4DE.

Acceptance of Terms

- By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use this site.

- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting updates on the website. Continued use of the site implies agreement to the updated terms.

6. Use of the Website

- Browsing is permitted without registration.

- However, to place or respond to listings, user registration is required.

- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when requested.

- Medistay Lettings reserves the right to remove or disable content at its discretion, without prior notice.

9. Conduct and Content Guidelines
